Job Description
We are looking for someone with a marketing and sales background to drive sales through website leads, incoming calls, and follow up.
Responsibilities will include:
• Make a first and lasting impression on potential customers
• Answer incoming calls
• Outbound calling on customer leads
• Schedule appointments by providing excellent customer service and product value
• Maintain customer database
• Engaging leads through electronic communication
• Assist in animal care as needed
• May include cleaning, animal socialization, and care
• Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
•Friendly and outgoing personality
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Accurate typing skills & Computer literacy
•Problem solving skills
•Organized and attentive to detail
•Ability to multi-task
•Reliable transportation and attendance
•Ability to sit for long periods of time
•Availability to work evenings and weekends
•Prior experience in marketing and sales
•Marketing degree or 1-3 years experience in related field
•Ideal Candidate will have experience growing sales through social media platforms
Compensation:
•Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee
•Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
•Performance Based Commission available after training
•Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 months
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
