Drive demand generation and account-based marketing strategies for the Japan market, focusing on revenue growth and pipeline acceleration. Act as the global ABM Center of Excellence, influencing strategy across regions.
Description
* Plan and execute data-driven, omni-channel ABM campaigns for the Japan market, including paid search, social, display, email, webinars, and events.
* Lead the global ABM Center of Excellence, establishing best practices for campaign execution, processes, tools, and reporting.
* Localize global campaigns and develop targeted content to resonate with the Japanese market and key accounts.
* Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing to maximize pipeline contribution and ROI.
* Collaborate with Sales leadership to align strategy and ensure lead follow-up and pipeline velocity.
* Present insights and performance updates to senior leadership, including campaign results and recommendations.
* Partner with global and regional teams to refine strategies and share best practices.
Profile
* Proven success in B2B demand generation and ABM within a multinational company in Japan.
* Native-level Japanese with business-level English proficiency.
* 7+ years of experience running integrated online and offline campaigns, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
* Strong expertise with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), and AI tools.
* Ability to collaborate closely with Sales teams, build trust, and ensure joint accountability for pipeline growth.
* Excellent project and budget management skills with a focus on ROI.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple priorities.
* Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Business preferred).
