Join Michael Hill as a Learning Business Partner in our multi-national Learning & Development team. Reporting to our Learning Partners Team Leader, you will be responsible for enhancing the performance capability of our retail teams. Your responsibilities will include identifying the learning and development needs of team members and providing effective solutions to address them.
In this role, you will collaborate with retail stakeholders to fully understand business objectives, goals and challenges and provide the best possible learning and development solutions. Utilizing your skills in project management, content development, and consultation, you will work closely with the global L&D and Retail teams to design and implement learning solutions.
In your role as a Learning Business Partner, you may find yourself present in-store to coach leaders, conduct workshops, create online and workshop-based learning content, collaborate on innovative solutions, and analyse data to identify ways to enhance people's capabilities.
