Job Description

Your new company

This company designs and manufactures semiconductor solutions used in automotive systems, industrial power control, secure communications, and IoT applications—enabling safer, more efficient, and connected technologies across global markets.

Your new role

  1. Reliability Test Setup and Execution: setup reliability tests for high-voltage power devices, including but not limited to Dynamic High Temperature Operating Lifetime (DHTOL), High Temperature Reverse Biased Test (HTRB), and High Temperature Gate Biased Test (HTGB). Ensure that all tests are conducted in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  2. Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Operation: Configure, operate, and maintain ATE systems to perform electrical measurements on devices after reliability testing. This includes loading and maintaining testing programs, verifying setup with reference samples, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring accurate data collection.
  3. Reliability Stress Setup Development and Improvement: Collaborate with Reliability Engineers to design, develop, and refine new reliability stress test setups. This involves staying up-to-date with industry trends such as new platforms or new products, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to existing test protocols.
  4. Lab Hardware Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Work closely with Hardware Engineers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues with lab hardware fixtures. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  5. Device Under Test (DUT) Preparation: Prepare devices for testing by following established procedures, including:
    • Reviewing and signing off on-job travellers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Recording device marking numbers for traceability purposes.
    • Cleaning and preparing parts, sockets, and PCBs to ensure solid connections.
    • Soldering and de-soldering components as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electric Power Engineering is required. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Relevant coursework in power electronics, circuit analysis, and control systems is highly desirable.
  • 2+ years of relevant industrial experience in a laboratory or testing environment is not necessary, but highly preferred. Experience with high-voltage power devices, reliability testing, and ATE operation is a significant plus.
  • Proficiency in reading and troubleshooting schematic diagrams, including understanding of circuit analysis and electronics fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with electrical measurement equipment and testing protocols is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on meeting project timelines and deliverables.

What you'll get in return

  • Competitive salary aligned with industry standards

  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits

  • Opportunities for continuous learning and career growth

  • Inclusive and purpose-driven work culture

  • Flexible work arrangements and support for work-life balance
