POSITION Kitchen Tune-Up Richardson & Wylie TX is seeking a Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative to sell kitchen remodels. The role involves designing spaces for remodeling and home renovation clients with professionalism and consistency. WHAT YOU'LL DO Conduct in-home consultations using a proven needs-based sales process Present remodeling solutions with digital tools and materials Prepare and submit proposals via CRM (training provided) Guide clients through design, selection, and sales processes Collaborate with installation team for successful project outcomes Maintain follow-up with leads and clients Represent the brand at events and local partnerships WHO YOU ARE No degree or experience required; training provided Self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills Prior in-home sales experience preferred (home services experience a plus) Organized with computer/CRM skills Reliable transportation Professional appearance and attitude Desire to grow with us; patience to learn; role rewards grit and consistency WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE Set sales appointments, averaging 1-2 per day Qualify calls, build rapport, and bring samples Conduct appointments on time, discuss needs, and close deals Participate in trade shows, check-ins, and cold calling Attend sales training and owner ride-alongs WHO WE ARE At Kitchen Tune-Up Richardson & Wylie, TX, we provide top-quality installation and kitchen remodeling services, focusing on customer satisfaction and seamless experience.
