Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient IT Project Manager – ERP, EDI & Digital Systems to lead transformative technology initiatives across ERP, CRM, EDI, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and AI platforms. This role drives digital modernization, systems resilience, and cross-functional delivery across Danby’s MIS ecosystem—bridging business operations, integrations, and data governance.

Reporting to the Director of MIS, this position provides leadership oversight across ERP, EDI, and infrastructure transformation initiatives, including vendor management and stakeholder alignment. It includes dotted-line leadership for EDI & ERP coordination and collaboration with the Senior Lead – EDI & Integration Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

ERP, CRM, and EDI Transformation (35%)

• Lead full lifecycle ERP, EDI, and CRM transformation projects—ensuring seamless integrations, data governance, and automation.
• Manage NetSuite ERP configurations, workflows, and integrations with logistics, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
• Oversee modernization of EDI infrastructure (API, AS2, SFTP, Orderful, Boomi, TrueCommerce, SPS, IBM Sterling).
• Champion AI-driven ERP optimization and reporting improvements using Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Lead disaster recovery (DRP) and business continuity (BCP) planning related to ERP and infrastructure operations.
• Implement and enforce standards for system reliability, auditability, and data retention.

Digital Workplace, 365 & Cybersecurity (25%)

• Drive adoption and compliance across the Microsoft 365 stack (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Entra, Defender, and Purview).
• Manage security governance frameworks including DLP, SASE, and CASB solutions.
• Collaborate with IT Security to deploy Purview classification, retention, and compliance policies.
• Oversee server room operations, networking stacks, and data center infrastructure to ensure system uptime and redundancy.
• Support cybersecurity audits, endpoint protection, MFA, and vulnerability management programs.

Leadership, Stakeholder & Vendor Management (20%)

• Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, Kanban reviews).
• Apply Six Sigma principles to improve IT and business processes.
• Lead change management, training, and adoption across user groups and business units.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for software, infrastructure, and consulting services.
• Build trust and alignment with executive sponsors and cross-departmental stakeholders.

AI Enablement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement (20%)

• Implement AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) across ERP, CRM, and business productivity platforms.
• Develop data-driven dashboards to monitor KPIs, SLA compliance, and system health.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation: project charters, risk logs, DR/BCP playbooks, and compliance reports.
• Identify automation and AI integration opportunities that enhance productivity and decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Certified PMP, with advanced project delivery experience in ERP, CRM, and EDI ecosystems.
• Hands-on knowledge of NetSuite, EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT), and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage O365 security frameworks (Purview, DLP, SASE, CASB) and cloud governance.
• Experienced with Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-based automation, and process intelligence tools.
• Strong understanding of networking, data centers, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management.
• Demonstrated success in vendor management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
• Experienced in DRP, BCP, and ITIL-based service continuity planning.
• Skilled in Agile, Scrum, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communicator, capable of bridging technical and business domains effectively.
