求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
・Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, demonstrating proficiency in HR processes.
・Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with accuracy and attention to detail.
・Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing excellent employee support.
・Working knowledge of HRIS systems and data management.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
