Senior HR Manager

• HR Director overseeing the full spectrum of HR service delivery for the Group, managing a team of three

• Re-build and implement HR annual cycle and C&B operation

• People partnership for all level of stakeholders, team, and employees
• Manage and drive HR service, transaction, talent acquisition scheme, and employee relation
• Establish safety and trust environment and penetrate BBDO people culture
• Deploy BBDO and local L&D into organization This position is suitable for candidates who can stand
• up as a hands-on HRBP without detailed directions.

Required Qualifications

• Over 8 years of HR experience, including extensive work with ad-hoc transactions and employee relations.
• Expertise in compensation and benefits (C&B) as well as payroll structures.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel (with VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint.
• Native-level fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
• Independent, proactive, and responsible, with strong ability to build "win-win" relationships with stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with an "Out of the Box" mindset and "To Be" approach, capable of leading the HR team effectively.
• Adept at resolving issues and addressing organizational transformations proactively.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and reporting on efficiency and productivity amidst organizational complexities.
• Strong understanding of business operations in a multinational firm environment.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced working conditions.
• Knowledge of labor unions is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop talent acquisition strategies through direct sourcing.
• Achieve a 55% target for managing S&R costs, covering freelancer expenses and personnel fees.
• Set KPIs and oversee their annual performance appraisals.
• Act as a business partner to the CEO, assisting in the planning and execution of organizational strategies.
• Oversee the payroll process, employee onboarding/offboarding, and compliance with governmental processes.
• Organize and manage employee training programs, such as BBDO University, Omnicom training, People Value workshops, harassment and compliance training, etc.
• Develop and implement career plans for all positions.
• Review and update the organization's compensation plans.
• Reassess and improve HR policies and processes.
