Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, health promotion or a health-related discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong telephonic relationship building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills
• Creative and possess strong technology skills

Preferred:

• Minimum of Associates degree and 2+ years of experience providing lifestyle coaching, health promotion counseling, and/or equivalent health and wellness experience 
• Hold a nationally recognized health and wellness coach certification
• Fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Provide health coaching for employees and their families via email, virtual education sessions (ideally 4 classes/day), and 8-12 sessions weekly to all employees
• Candidate should possess knowledge of and experience coaching the following wellness related topics: diet and nutrition/disease management, stress management, sleep improvement, hydration, family lifestyle, and physical activity
• Candidate will participate in employee meetings and will interact with employees through various activities such as: BBQs, safety meetings, virtual team meetings, and new employee orientation
• Candidates will create educational materials based on employee feedback
• Candidates will provide frequent communication regarding program benefits and access through text, email, and monthly newsletter.

License/Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health-related discipline (preferred)
• Health Coach certification from a nationally-recognized program (preferred)
