Role Description

We’re hiring a dynamic sales professional to handle the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing. This role combines Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsibilities with Account Executive (Closer) duties. You’ll be the driving force behind new client acquisition and revenue growth, working closely with our leadership and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Generate Leads : Use outbound outreach, LinkedIn, email, and other channels to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct Discovery & Demos : Engage prospects, understand their needs, and show how our software and AI solutions solve their challenges.
  • Manage the Pipeline : Take ownership of the CRM, track interactions, and move deals from initial outreach to signed contract.
  • Close Deals : Negotiate contracts, present proposals, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to refine messaging, offerings, and targeting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in software, SaaS, or technology services.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and full-cycle deal management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) and lead generation platforms.

Compensation

  • Commission-Only — Earn a fixed % per closed deal (high-ticket software development projects).
