Position Overview

The Audio Visual (AV) Management Specialist is responsible for the planning, implementation, operation, and support of AV systems and services across the organization. This role ensures the smooth delivery of high-quality audio-visual experiences for meetings, conferences, events, and day-to-day business operations, both on-site and remotely. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in AV technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AV systems across meeting rooms, event spaces, and remote collaboration platforms.

• Provide end-to-end support for AV-related activities including setup, operation, troubleshooting, and post-event wrap-up.

• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and external vendors to plan, implement, and upgrade AV infrastructure.

• Support live and virtual meetings, town halls, webinars, and executive presentations, ensuring high-quality AV performance.

• Conduct regular system checks, preventative maintenance, and performance optimization to ensure system reliability.

• Train end-users and provide technical guidance on the use of AV equipment and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx).

• Maintain accurate documentation of AV equipment, configurations, procedures, and support records.

• Monitor AV service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and excellent user experience.

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or improvements to existing systems to enhance AV capabilities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and health and safety regulations related to AV setups.

Audio Visual（AV）マネジメントスペシャリストは、社内におけるAV機器・システムの計画、導入、運用、保守を一括して担当するポジションです。会議、社内イベント、Web会議、プレゼンテーションなどにおいて、高品質かつ安定した音響・映像環境を提供し、ビジネスの円滑な遂行を支援します。本ポジションでは、AV技術に関する高度な専門知識と、社内外の関係者と連携できるコミュニケーション力が求められます。

主な業務内容

• 会議室、イベントスペース、リモート会議プラットフォームにおけるAV機器・システムの管理・保守・運用

• 会議やイベントのAV準備から実施、トラブル対応、終了後の片付けまでの一連のサポート業務

• IT部門、ファシリティ部門、外部ベンダーと連携し、AV設備の導入・更新・最適化を推進

• 社内外でのライブ・バーチャルイベント（タウンホール、ウェビナー、役員プレゼンなど）のAV技術支援

• 機器の定期点検や予防保守の実施、およびパフォーマンス最適化による安定運用の確保

• Zoom、Microsoft Teams、WebExなどのコラボレーションツールに関する操作支援やユーザートレーニングの実施

• 機器構成、操作手順、運用記録などのドキュメント作成および管理

• AV関連のサービス依頼やインシデントの対応と、迅速な問題解決による高いユーザー満足の実現

• 新技術やソリューションの評価・導入提案によるAV機能の向上

• AV機器の設置や運用における社内ポリシー、セキュリティ、健康・安全基準の遵守

応募必要条件

スキル・資格

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing corporate AV systems and services.

• Strong knowledge of AV technologies, including video conferencing systems, projectors, control panels, microphones, audio mixers, and displays.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, and AV-over-IP solutions.

• Experience with AV system integration, cabling standards, and network-based AV solutions is a plus.

• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Business-level proficiency in English; Japanese language skills are a plus (if applicable).

• AV certifications (e.g., CTS, Dante, Crestron, Extron) are advantageous.

• 3年以上の企業内AV機器管理・運用の実務経験

• 映像・音響機器（ビデオ会議システム、プロジェクター、マイク、音響ミキサー、ディスプレイなど）に関する深い知識

• Zoom、Microsoft Teams、Cisco WebEx、AV-over-IPなどのプラットフォームに精通していること

• AVシステムのインテグレーションやネットワーク連携、配線基準に関する知識があれば尚可

• 優れたトラブルシューティング能力、ドキュメンテーション能力、コミュニケーション能力

• 複数案件を並行して対応できるマルチタスク能力と柔軟性

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（日本語と英語の両方で業務遂行が可能な方）

• AV関連の認定資格（例：CTS、Dante、Crestron、Extron等）があれば尚可
