Company Profile

• A leading global healthcare company is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join its dynamic finance team in Japan.

The Role

• Drive and enhance financial workflows, as well as planning and operational processes.
• Provide PMO support within the CFO organization for workflow optimization and reporting projects.
• Collaborate proactively with business unit leaders to gather requirements and communicate financial insights effectively.
• Oversee monthly revenue and expenditure planning, including detailed variance analysis and reporting.
• Manage month-end close and forecasting activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and deliver standardized reporting packages and dashboards for executive leadership review.
• Facilitate and implement improvements in financial processes across multiple departments.
• Ensure compliance and alignment with the structures and regulations of multinational organizations.

Your Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), project coordination, or providing direct support to CFOs.
• In-depth knowledge of revenue and expense planning, forecasting processes, and month-end financial close activities.
• Proficient in English (Japanese proficiency is an advantage), with the ability to communicate effectively across various teams and functions.
• Hands-on experience working within multinational corporations or matrixed organizational structures.
• Capable of quickly analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting actionable improvements.
• Highly self-driven, able to work autonomously under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Skilled at engaging with senior executives and business unit leaders with professionalism and confidence.
