We’re seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper ( 2-3 years) to manage the monthly accounting for 30 small business clients . This is an opportunity to grow with a firm that values expertise, precision, and client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Work with the team of two more accountants and your title will be Senior Account Associate


• Monthly Bookkeeping: Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping for a portfolio of 25-30 small business clients.


• Financial Reports: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and customized reports to support client decision-making.


• Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.


• Problem Solving: Identify discrepancies and provide solutions to maintain accurate records.


• Sales Tax Return Filings- you will be responsible for filing monthly/ quarterly sales taxes, helping with insurance audits ( workers compensation)


• Payroll - perform payroll journal entries ( we do not offer payroll services, but need to reconcile and adjust financial reports).


• Leadership - you will train and lead associates and will be working towards becoming an executive account manager ( we are working in pods).

Who You Are

• Experienced: Minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with multiple clients).


• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting software. Experience with Fathom/and or Bill.com is a plus.


• Detail-Oriented: You thrive in organizing numbers and processes. Accuracy is your middle name!


• Client-Focused: You’re personable, professional, and always looking to add value.


• Efficient: Skilled at managing time and juggling multiple priorities without missing deadlines.


• Problem-Solver: You enjoy resolving challenges and improving processes for efficiency.
