💰 Salary: $95,000 - 115,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role

We’re seeking an Estimator to join their growing team. This is a key position responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the project management team to ensure successful delivery from tender through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions
• Review bid documents and identify potential risks or cost-saving opportunities
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Collaborate with Project Managers and the leadership team during pre-construction and budgeting phases
• Maintain estimating databases and documentation
• Support the preparation of tender submissions and change orders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in estimating within the construction industry (commercial, industrial, or civil preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building processes
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
