  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including venue selection and catering.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access to necessary information.
