【 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 】

Improve the capabilities and productivity of the engineering organization
Conduct engineer’s career setting, evaluation, feedback
Create a system to improve the productivity of engineers
Fostering a sense of unity in the engineering team
Plan and execute technology branding measures

【 REQUIREMENTS 】

5 years or more development experience as an engineer in SaaS or business company
3 years or more management experience in a developed organization of above 30 people
5 years or more member management experience as an engineering manager
Engineer labor management skill
Experience in setting, evaluating, and giving feedback to engineers
Experience in allocating human resources for multiple development projects
Experience in team building
Fluent in Japanese equivalent JLPT N1
