Job Description

About HeyGen

At HeyGen, our mission is to make visual storytelling accessible to all. Over the last decade, visual content has become the preferred method of information creation, consumption, and retention. But the ability to create such content, in particular videos, continues to be costly and challenging to scale. Our ambition is to build technology that equips more people with the power to reach, captivate, and inspire audiences.

The ideal candidate has strong UX skills, is dynamic, a fast learner, and highly organized. • Engage with Customers: Conduct interviews with existing and potential customers to gather insights. Translate their needs into actionable product improvements.

  • Support Product Initiatives: Contribute to product development efforts by defining goals, creating mockups, and working with designers and developers to implement updates.

  • Stay Market-Savvy: Monitor industry trends, competitor advancements, and emerging technologies to keep the team informed and competitive.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or in final term of bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Business, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated interest in product management, AI, or content creation tools through coursework, projects, or internships.

  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of software development or AI concepts, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in research and execution.

  • Fast Learner: Comfortable picking up new tools, systems, and practices with minimal guidance.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with creative tools or content creation (e.g., video editing, design software).

  • You are a content creator passionate about storytelling.

Compensation:
This is a paid internship to full time employment. HeyGen considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal equity, as well as location, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
