The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Taking a "design brief" to understand requirements.
• Develop original designs for marketing collateral and marketing decks
• Website SEO
• Create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
• Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
• Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions
• Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
• Designing and developing strong employer branding strategy.

One year contract with to convert to permanent role

Ideal Profile

• Strong design eye and understanding of design concepts
• You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Design or Digital Marketing
• You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
• Experience within would be a strong advantage.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
