Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with clients during deliveries. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and organization when not on deliveries.
• Handle heavy lifting and moving of products as necessary.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in commercial driving, including knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus for assisting in warehouse duties.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting and moving of items safely.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
