オーストラリア大使館ディフェンスセクションでは、日本におけるオーストラリア国防機関の訪問や交流の計画・実施を支援する、意欲的な方を募集しています。
本ポジションでは、要人訪問に関するロジスティクスの調整、日本側関係者との連絡調整、ブリーフィング資料の管理、言語サポートなどを担当します。

・Demonstrated experience in managing and/or assisting with high level visits.
・Office administrative experience, preferably in an international organisation is desirable.
・High level written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
・Flexibility, efficient time management and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
・Sound computer skills in a range of software (particularly Microsoft Office suite, 360, MS Teams and OneNote).
・Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fluid team environment.
・Well-developed interpersonal skills, collaborative team member with strong communication skills.
・Japanese driver’s license is highly desirable.
