Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast & Budget Data Handling
  Collect, consolidate, and validate forecast/budget data from regional and country teams. Ensure accurate allocation to cost centers and systems.

• Stakeholder Coordination
  Communicate timelines and templates. Liaise with country finance/HR teams to ensure timely, accurate data submissions. Provide input guidance and perform data entry as needed.

• Progress Tracking & Support
  Track submission and data clean-up progress. Respond to inquiries from local teams and escalate issues when required.

• Data Validation & Adjustment
  Run system checks, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections to ensure consistency across systems.

• Cross-Company Alignment
  Reconcile workforce and financial data between two organizations. Maintain trackers and support aligned reporting and integration.

• Data Clean-Up & Normalization Projects (Heavy focus)
  Clean up and reallocate headcount data. Standardize cost centers, GL accounts, and functional mappings. Maintain master data and support historical data normalization for accurate trend analysis.
