Role of Services Demand Manager [External Title

 

  • Owner Demand processes like Demand Discovery, Planning and Steering for all Lines of Services for the Market Unit.
  • Aligns DG Goals at Market Unit -1 and Line of Services
  • Is the key Orchestrator of Demand and help align Campaign and DG Engines to support overall demand
  • Plans and runs flagship programs like Customer Innovation Workshops / APM participation / Pitstops etc.
  • Drives / creates best practices to enable collaboration and integration across QC and Execution teams.
  • Works closely with Market Unit Services Head to drive a plan aligned with MU Priorities
  • Supports alignment with Key Stakeholders and Sources of Demand viz. Sales, Marketing, CSP and Digital Hu
