Customer Success Specialist

Location: Clearwater, FL (In-Office) 

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000 - $90,000 (Base + Performance Bonus)

Our Customer Success team is the backbone of our mission, ensuring thousands of healthcare practices feel supported and confident every day. We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to join our front line. This role is perfect for a motivated, people-focused individual looking to break into tech or customer success. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle customer inquiries by phone, email and in-app chat and resolve issues with expertise and care.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate compliance and maximize the value of our software.
  • Identify the root cause of customer issues and spot trends to proactively improve their success.
  • Facilitate new customer training sessions and refresher training to set them up for success in their compliance journey.
  • Identify opportunities to engage with customers to drive product adoption and expansion opportunities.

  • You are local to the Clearwater, FL area and can work from our headquarters.

  • Customer Service or Retail
  • Education or Teaching
  • Sales or Account Management
  • Office Administration (especially in a medical or dental practice)

Compensation: Clear & Simple

  • Your On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are between $65,000 and $90,000.
  • This is a mix of a competitive base salary and variable compensation.
  • Bonuses are paid out monthly based on clear, achievable individual goals.
