Job Description

Do you have a flair for design, a knack for storytelling, and a passion for creating content that connects? Medicine Hat Lodge—home to 219 guest rooms, a bustling casino, restaurants, and our famous indoor waterpark—is looking for a Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to bring creativity and energy to our team.

This is a hybrid, part-time position (20–30 hours per week) with the flexibility to balance remote work and on-site content creation.

What You’ll Do

Creative & Marketing Magic

Design engaging visuals for social media, digital ads, brochures, menus, and signage.
Develop creative content strategies that showcase our hotel, casino, restaurants, waterpark, and events.
Manage and schedule content across social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X), using analytics tools to track and grow engagement.
Capture and edit photos/videos to highlight guest experiences, promotions, and special events.
Support email campaigns, website updates, and digital marketing projects.

What You Bring

A strong eye for design and proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Creativity paired with the ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices.
Photo/video editing skills and a love for creative storytelling.

Work Hours & Expectations

Part-time: 20–30 hours per week.
Hybrid: Blend of remote work and on-site presence for content capture.
Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends to cover live events and promotions.
