We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to deliver top-tier support to key wholesale clients while ensuring accurate order management and seamless internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the customer experience from start to finish.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer service operations for key accounts, with a strong focus on Costco
• Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders from intake to fulfillment
• Maintain and update customer and order data across internal systems
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate closely with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare reports and support sales forecasting and inventory management
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline customer service processes

🎓 Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, order entry, or account coordination within a wholesale or apparel environment
• Hands-on experience working with Costco
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is an asset
