■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
・Minimum of 2 years of experience in company secretarial, legal, accounting, or compliance-related roles; experience in a professional services firm or law firm is a plus.
・Proficiency in Japanese.
・Business-level proficiency in English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent).
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
・Strong attention to detail, proactive, independent, self-motivated, and keen to learn.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
