The Role

Japanese-Speaking Coordinator for Shipping and Communication with Alcohol Suppliers

We are currently seeking a talented and fluent Japanese-speaking coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication with our alcohol suppliers in Japan and coordinating shipping processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with Japanese alcohol suppliers to ensure smooth transactions and clear understanding of requirements.
• Coordinate shipping logistics, including arranging transport and managing documentation for international shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality alcohol products from Japan.
• Provide support in resolving any shipping or supplier-related issues in a timely manner.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Prior experience in coordination and logistics a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of Japanese culture and business etiquette is a plus.
