Salary:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, placement, and finishing of concrete for various construction projects. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up forms and molds for concrete placement.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and power equipment.
• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using trowels, floats, and screeds.
• Apply curing compounds to concrete surfaces.
• Remove forms once concrete has set.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear.
• Load and unload materials and tools.
• Assist with demolition and site preparation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real ID to be considered for this role.
• Previous experience in concrete work or general construction preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with concrete tools and techniques.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Environment:

• Outdoor construction sites.
• Exposure to loud noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
• May require early mornings, overtime, and weekend work depending on project needs.
