Client Service Coordinator/Scheduler for Generations Home Care, LLC

Generations Home Care, LLC is a growing owner operated business that provides non-medical, in-home care services for adults and seniors. Owners are strong women that encourage and empower other women to excel. We focus on the customer service we provide to our clients, caregivers and referral sources. We are here to provide care, compassion and support. Owners know their care team members and clients.

The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for staffing cases and providing administrative support to the owners and management team. Working side-by-side with our Recruitment and Retention Director and Community Care Liaison. We work in a team environment and support each other every step of the way. Our agency is forward looking and celebrates our business wins! Generations Home Care, LLC is dedicated to appreciating the hard work and efforts of our entire team. Office location is in Chandler.

As the Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Professionally and efficiently assist with all client and caregiver inquiries
  • Set the staffing schedule for caregivers
  • Build rapport and relationships with our staff, clients and referral sources
  • First Impression Director for calls coming into the office
  • Answer & triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects
  • Responsible for caregiver compliance with our ClearCare scheduling system
  • Program lead for our Veteran Services – bonus program included
  • Assist with other related administrative duties/projects, as assigned
  • Ensure consistent accuracy of database and file information for both caregivers and clients
  • Collaborate with leadership team to accommodate client staffing needs
  • Send updates to Owners, Recruitment and Retention Director and Community Care Liaison
  • Sharing the rotation of on-call 24/7 duties - scheduled after business hours and weekends (Weekend Bonus Pay)

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Prior scheduling/staffing experience, preferably with in home care or other healthcare related field
  • Scheduling and tracking authorizations for VA home care programs is a huge plus!
  • Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Present in a professional manor
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excels at customer service and has strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized and the ability to multi-task
  • Able to work independently and in fast paced team environment
  • Proven leadership and management experience and develops strong relationships with coworkers
  • Proficiency in basic computer software programs. WellSky (ClearCare) experience desired but not required
  • Person who is flexible, reliable and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000-$56,000 per year

Supplemental Pay: Bonus staffing program and weekend bonus for on-call
