As the Capital / EMS Medical Representative for BC, you will be a driving force in achieving sales targets, cultivating and expanding your customer base, and directly influencing the growth of the sales within the territory. You'll have the exciting opportunity to promote groundbreaking products to the pre-hospital (EMS) and hospital markets, engaging with fire departments, ambulance services, police, and municipal agencies. Your role will involve uncovering new business prospects, maintaining strategic plans, and providing exceptional in-service education to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales quotas for both hardware and disposable products.
Develop and maintain short- and long-term plans to drive sales growth in your assigned territory.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential sales opportunities to meet territory expectations.
Provide essential in-service education to customers and ensure technical scope reviews are conducted before making a sale.
Keep organized account records, profiles, and documentation in the CRM system (Sales Force).
Provide accurate and timely reports as needed, including forecasts and activity updates.
Manage and track demo and evaluation inventory, ensuring equipment is in optimal working condition.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the products and the competitive landscape.
Contribute to other projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
University degree, preferably in Sciences
3+ years of relevant sales experience, or familiarity with the EMS / Paramedic industry
Strategic and customer-oriented selling skills.
Uphold ethical behavior and professional character.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Basic technical and clinical knowledge to confidently discuss the products.
