Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of related experience and or equivalent combinations of education and experience
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflict
• Confidentiality and discretion demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Commercial acumen, with contract development and execution experience; good understanding of rate structures and terms and conditions
• Data analysis: ability to pull reports, analyze the data, and provide insights;
• Proficient Microsoft skills in Power BI, Excel, and Power Point
• Clear writing with solid grammar skills to develop and maintain documentation

 
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years’ experience working with Fieldglass or other vendor management system (VMS), or with a contingent managed service provider (MSP);
• 2+ years’ experience in business software, software implementation, or analytics
• Working knowledge within SAP and/or Workday
• Experience with Power Bi or similar data modelling tool; and/or
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field
