BILINGUAL (FRENCH AND ENGLISH) TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST :

Salary up to 60,000-80,000+Terrific Bonus +Full Benefits+a Great Pension Plan+ 3 Weeks of Vacation+ Personal Days! This is a Hybrid role and you will be required to work in the office 4 days a week. The office is DT Montreal and very close to several metro stations.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will collaborate with the TA team and drive the recruitment process by sourcing high quality candidates. The ideal TAS will have strong communication skills, problem solving skills as well as the proven ability to build and maintain relationships with many stakeholders and business leaders. If you are proactive, resourceful and have the ability to source both corporate and manual/industrial candidates, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from recruitment strategy to offer acceptance while ensuring the highest standards and a positive experience for both internal stakeholders and the candidate
  • Act as an advocate for candidates and provide recruitment best practices and standards, ensuring measures are in place to monitor effectiveness
  • Develop and execute the overall sourcing and recruitment processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Proactively directly source candidates and build strong, high quality external pipelines/internal candidate pool and manage applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with experience sourcing corporate and manual/industrial employees in a unionized and nonunionized environment
  • Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and apply creative approaches to attract candidates
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships
  • Create and maintain an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Sound judgement and decision making, strong organizational, negotiation as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Post secondary education is an asset
