Job Description

Location: Montreal Island, QC – Hybrid (remote possible once independence is demonstrated)

Introduction

We are currently hiring two Bilingual Contract Management Coordinators to support our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, in managing commercial contracts and related processes. This role ensures smooth administration of contracts, compliance with policies, and timely processing of financial transactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, bilingual, and experienced in contract administration, financial systems, and internal customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage contracts and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Respond to internal queries and provide support to Commercial In-Field Teams.
  • Initiate and track Automatic Cheque Requests (ACRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP, ensuring accurate budgets and approvals.
  • Verify vendor and healthcare professional/organization information and manage system updates in SAP/iCertis/FMV.
  • Support expense reporting, validating receipts and attendees before entry into Concur.
  • Provide status updates and troubleshoot issues with Finance or other internal teams.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and complete ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in contract administration or related roles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP (SRM/S4Hana), iCertis, Concur, Adobe Sign, DocuSign.
  • Knowledge of ACRs, POs, and vendor management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
