Job Description

What you're responsible for:

• Operating an  AZ class roll off truck to transport metal materials to and from designated locations, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies
• Safely loading and unloading metal materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment and secure the load to prevent shifting or damage during transit
• Performing manual tarping if necessary
• Performing routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, ensuring that it is in good working condition
• Completing accurate and thorough records of deliveries and any other required documentation

Qualifications

To join our team:

• You have a valid AZ driver's license with a clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract
• You have experience driving 18 speed manual transmission is required
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an AZ Driver
• You have previous experience operating a roll off truck is preferred
• You are customer service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You have great communication skills in both French and English
• You have good physical stamina and the ability to perform loading and unloading activities as required
• You have some familiarity with metal recycling processes and materials (an asset)
