Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Automation Development: - Build and deploy automation workflows using RPA tools (UiPath Blue Prism Automation Anywhere) - Develop and maintain Excel VBA macros and advanced formulas for data processing and reporting
- Data Visualization & Reporting: - Design and implement Power BI dashboards for operational and business insights - Create interactive reports and ensure data accuracy and performance optimization
- ServiceNow Dashboarding: - Configure and customize ServiceNow dashboards for ITSM and automation monitoring - Integrate ServiceNow data with Power BI for unified reporting
- Process Analysis & Documentation: - Identify automation opportunities and document requirements in English and Japanese - Prepare bilingual user guides and training materials
- Stakeholder Engagement: - Communicate effectively with global and local teams - Conduct workshops and training sessions on automation tools and dashboarding
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel VBA macros and advanced Excel functions
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and DAX queries
- Experience in ServiceNow dashboard configuration and ITSM workflows
- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath Blue Prism Automation Anywhere).
Language Skills:
- Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent
Other Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
Preferred:
- Certifications in Power BI ServiceNow
