(雇入れ直後) Design and develop a prototype potency assay, including protein expression assay, infectivity assay, and functional assay. Collaborate with related functions, including CMC and other cross-functional teams. Maintain and update scientific knowledge on novel technologies. Provide regular reports to the Senior Scientist and Head of Discovery Intelligence in GT Engineering, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders. (変更の範囲) 会社内での全ての業務 This position is based in Tsukuba in Japan and will require on-site work to manage wet lab works. PhD in molecular biology or a related scientific discipline. Experience in drug discovery research. Technical proficiency in cell and molecular biology techniques. Hands-on experience conducting cell-based assays. Experience as a research project team member within cross-functional environment. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Be familiar with multiple areas of biology and technologies.
