Summary: The Armed Security Guard provides security, access control, patrols, surveillance, and overall safeguarding of the installation and its tenants. This is a U.S. Army installation, which includes amenities like a gym, PX, Burger King, and MWR. Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen If military experience is referenced, must have a DD214 from the last 10 years May require a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (CGS-Kosovo can sponsor new clearances) At least 2 years' experience in armed security, law enforcement, or armed forces operations within the last 10 years Completed a recognized civilian security or law enforcement academy or armed forces security training (verification required) Current/active U.S. Passport Willing to undergo criminal background check, including fingerprints, with a clean record Experience with security operations and force protection Excellent communication skills Medically fit and able to undergo medical testing Pass a Physical Ability Test (run 1.5 miles in 17:30, 21 pushups in 2 mins) Willing to undergo random drug testing Work schedule: 48 hours/week, with possible additional hours and varying schedules Maintain necessary physical fitness for duties under various weather conditions Additional details: Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other #J-18808-Ljbffr ContinuityGS
