Why this role exists:

This is not your average internship. You'll work directly with our founder to explore, test, and prototype real AI solutions that solve hiring bottlenecks. Think: smarter filters, faster workflows, fairer systems.

Education & Eligibility:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or a related field in Canada.

• Enrolled in a co-op program (Note: this is only eligible for unpaid co-op placement) .

We provide real product experience, mentorship, and a standout portfolio- not busywork

What you'll be doing:

• Research emerging tools, APIs, and use cases in AI & hiring tech
• Prototype product flows using Figma, Notion, or low-code tools
• Test ideas using LLMs, ChatGPT, Zapier, or similar
• Collaborate on early product UX & micro-experiments
• Help us move 10x faster with lean, scrappy thinking

You might be an ideal fit if you:

• Are hands-on with AI tools and prompt engineering
• Are comfortable moving from research to action quickly
• Have a strong sense of UX and user behavior
• Want to build, learn, and contribute directly to product-market fit

Bonus points for:

• Previous side project or portfolio using AI tools
• Design, copywriting, or product strategy experience
• Strong communication + independent execution

You'll touch real problems, ship real work, and see your thinking reflected in a product that scales.
