新規立ち上げプロセス開発最適化を通じて製品の品質と信頼性を向上させる
歩留まり改善コスト削減生産性向上リスク管理に取り組む
製造ライン上の問題を解決する

このポジションでは故障解析FMEA故障モード影響解析8D問題解決手法SPC統計的工程管理などの手法を用いてプロセス関連の問題を特定診断解決します

さらに以下の責任があります
プロセス装置材料の評価最適化を調整実施し工程変更を導入する
歩留まり改善やコスト削減活動を主導参加する
新しいプロセスのベースライン認定を担当する
材料サプライヤーとの連携監査管理を行い品質コストリスク管理の目標を達成する

Responsibilities and Tasks:
Establish and improve process condition and technology.
Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
Establish and modify process management projects.
Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
Evaluation promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
Abnormal analysis and improvement.

プロセスマネジメントプロジェクトの立ち上げおよび修正
各種半導体製造装置におけるプロセスパラメータの設定
新規装置材料の評価導入促進計画立案
異常の分析および改善対応

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Ability to communicate in English or Japanese
