Job Summary:

Teal Health is seeking a Remote Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our office staff from a remote location. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while still contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
Assist with general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
Perform research and compile data as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
