• Ensure the exact timings of daily content updates and email blasts are according to plan and align across all campaign activities • Work with sales, merchandising, creative, editorial and tech teams to ensure all campaigns run smoothly and continuously improve workflows • In the future, ideally support analysis, reporting, personalization, AB testing and optimization activities

Requirements : • Experience with various CMS systems (CoreMedia, Wordpress, Magento, etc.) and various email service providers (Experian Cheetah Digital, Oracle Responsys, etc.) • Experience with web content publication processes • Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail • Ability to pick up new technologies and tools quickly and independently • Ability to multi-task with solid time management skills • Must enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams in a multi-cultural and global company • Fluency in Japanese and communication skills to arrange and organize daily ongoing tasks in flexible manner
