Location: Mesa, AZ | Pay: $15-$18/hr | Part-Time or Full-Time
Near Zero, a fast-growing outdoor gear brand, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to handle daily order fulfillment, gear rentals, and retail partner shipments. Perfect for a college student seeking part-time work with the opportunity to transition to full-time within 3–8 months.
What You’ll Do:
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Manage and maintain rental gear
• Support wholesale and retail partner shipments
• Keep warehouse operations organized and efficient
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years warehouse/fulfillment experience (preferred)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Interest in outdoor gear a plus
