The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for executing compelling visual strategies, ensuring engaging product presentations, and delivering memorable guest experiences across our Surya, Global Views and Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams showrooms. This role requires strong creative vision, hands-on merchandising expertise, and exceptional project management skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams. Responsibilities * Work with leadership to plan and execute product merchandising for tradeshows, using sales data and product priorities to guide assortment decisions * Implement showroom visual strategies in alignment with brand identities and seasonal direction * Curate and style impactful product installations and displays that tell a compelling story, highlighting key launches and features * Manage project timelines and schedules to ensure on-time execution of showroom setups and resets * Identify and engage with vendors, contractors, and temporary staff as needed * Develop detailed project plans, tracking progress and timelines from pre-planning through post-show * Mentor and support junior team members, fostering skill development and ensuring adherence to brand visual standards * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to support campaigns, product launches, and photography as needed * Stay current on home, design, and fashion trends to inform product styling and showroom presentation Requirements * Bachelor's degree (Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, or Interior Design a plus) * 5+ years of experience in showroom design or visual merchandising within home furnishings, interiors, or retail * Strong spatial design skills with deep knowledge of lighting, proportion, and material application * Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to drive merchandising strategies * Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Homestyler, SketchUp and AutoCAD a plus * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel * Must be willing to travel to all trade shows, including weekends as needed PI94297c9ccc8e-29400-38426813
