Main purpose  

As a V.I.E Retail Excellence, you will play a key role in supporting the Retail Excellence Director and departments in the implementation and monitoring of new operations tools & clients experiences services, across Japan. This V.I.E assignment is a 12-month contract based in Tokyo, Japan, with an ideal start date in January 2026, contingent on visa requirements.  

Are you a good match? 

For this V.I.E, we are looking for the candidate to have a bachelor’s degree or university certificate with a minimum of 3 years of experience within the luxury industry. Fluency in English is required for this role and a business-level proficiency in Japanese preferred.  

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate who will demonstrate excellent organizational, autonomy and multitasking skills, as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal skills, effective time management skills and a strong team spirit will contribute to success in this role.  

What are we expecting from you?  

In this role you will be responsible for the following:  

Retail Performance & Operations, Store Design: 

・Support Retail performance analysis. 

・Coordinate and implement of new tools and processes to optimize in-boutique operations. 

Client Engagement: 

・Support CRM communications & data analytics. 

・Collaborate with Boutique Managements to ensure successful implementation and use of in-store client experience tools. 

・Help monitor the client satisfaction survey and improve the client experience in boutique.
