職務要約  

Hill's Therapeutics製品の販売とBRMO（第一推奨ブランド）推進活動において、担当テリトリーに対して本 部が定めたKPIを達成する。 

獣医学術チームと協業し、ヒルズ商品の栄養学的な優位性について、担当テリトリーの獣医師・獣医看護 師に向けた啓蒙を行う。 

コンサルティング営業を通じ、ビジネスパートナーとして、各クリニック、特に上位クリニックとの信頼関 係を構築し、維持する。 

会社全体の事業戦略を理解し、獣医チャネル営業本部のリーダーシップチームの指示に従い、担当テリト リーにおける必要な販売計画やプログラムにそって優先事項を実行するとともに、担当テリトリー内で問 題が発生した場合には速やかにディストリクトマネジャーに報告を行いリカバリーを行う。 

主な職務と職責 :  

(50%) 

設定されたテリトリー内の全アカウントを訪問する。 

すべてのクリニックを必要な頻度で訪問するための効果的なテリトリールーティングの開発 全国的な活動グリッド、アカウント分析、観察を活用し、各アカウントの明確な目標の策定 配荷とセールスにおけるテリトリーターゲットの達成に向けた計画策定 

VHCT（獣医師・動物看護師）と協力して栄養プロトコルを確立し、実施する。 

C4Cを活用した計画、目標、成果を正確な記録を行う 

与えられたGtN内の支出を管理する 

(20%) 

PCV（プロフェッショナル獣医学術チーム）と協力して臨床栄養トレーニングやセミナーを実施し、獣医 師の推奨を通じ、ペットオーナーのヒルズ商品利用度を向上させる。 

製品トレーニングに参加し、ヒルズが提供する全製品（全ブランド）を理解する。 競合製品を理解し、必要に応じて差別化ポイントを強調できるようにする。 

(10%) 

- 獣医師と協力し、病気のペットと健康なペットの両方のための適切な栄養コンサルティングを確立し、実 施する。 

(20%) 

卸売業者の支店/支社と緊密に連携し、製品トレーニング、診療所のターゲティング、テリトリー内のクリ ニックのニーズをよりよく理解し満たすための共同活動の展開を通じて、流通と推奨を拡大する。 

 

教育 / 経験 :  

必須条件:

• 学士号以上必須

• 運転免許証必須（社有車貸与）

• 獣医師免許保持者でかつ小動物の臨床経験必須

• 3年以上の提案営業経験尚可（クリニック向け営業のご経験尚可）
