As our first US-based SDR Lead, you’ll build our outbound motion (enterprise focus) from scratch in the US . You’ll test channels, craft messages that convert, and turn cold strategic leads into a pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Build and run our outbound sales motion
Outbound prospecting: cold calls, personalized emails, and social selling.
Segment named accounts and build high-value target lists
Set up and optimize outbound sequences
Attend and represent Aikido at strategic events.
A senior BDR/SDR or current team lead ready to own and build a team
Excellent writer and communicator in English
Experienced with different sales tools: Hubspot, LinkedIn, Outreach, etc.
Hands-on, ready to coach and lead others
Willing to step in and set an example of “how it’s done”
Strong understanding of dev tools, SaaS, and cybersecurity is a big plus

Job Title and Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $120,000, based on full-time employment.
Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
