As an analyst in our Data and Analytics team, you'll support Credit and Marketing strategy initiatives, utilizing data and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights. Our program is a 2-year rotational experience designed to provide comprehensive exposure and development. Consumer Banking at Barclays Barclays US Consumer Bank is a rapidly growing top 10 credit card issuer and online bank in the US. We develop customized, co-branded credit card programs for leading travel, entertainment, retail, and affinity partners. We facilitate payments, manage spending, and offer point-of-sale financing, continuously innovating to meet evolving client and digital needs. Who we're looking for Candidates should:

• Be undergraduate students expecting to graduate between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Have a degree in an analytical or quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research).
• Maintain a GPA of 3.2 or above.
• Have experience with analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, or Tableau.

Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret data, good communication skills, and be team players. Purpose of the role To support the Barclaycard payments division by providing insights and expertise to inform decision-making, product development, and market opportunities. Accountabilities Conduct small research projects to support strategic decisions, prepare presentations, and collaborate with senior management to implement findings. Support business initiatives through cross-functional collaboration. Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge. Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and support the deployment of new products and services. Manage client relationships and provide customer service support, including transaction processing and product inquiries. Develop and implement financial models and strategies for decision support.
