Part-time Neurology APP opening in California Located in Madera, CA - 26m from Fresno; 127m from San Jose Part-time; days, 64 hours per pay period Seeking a Neurology Nurse Practitioner to join an established clinic Clinic is open Mon-Fri and closes on weekends and holidays. Candidate must take call when fully oriented. Current California Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license required. Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program, Master's Degree in Nursing required. Minimum one-year related experience. Prefer five years of increasingly responsible experience which demonstrates a professional working knowledge of nursing theory and practice, with competence in physical assessment, differential diagnosis, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and management of acute and chronic pediatric problems. Must successfully complete the credentialing process through the Medical Staff office via CIDP for the appropriate scope of practice, written standardized protocols, and furnishing privileges. Bilingual skills desirable. HeartCode Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer into position. Nurse Practitioner National Certification (NP-C) within 6 months of hire or transfer into position.
