The Position

This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex ERP and CRM implementations across the Microsoft technology stack. This role requires a strong balance of technical project delivery, stakeholder management, and consultative client engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore), including solution architects, developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals. This is a remote role within Quebec or Ottawa with occasional travel to client sites, which pays a competitive rate.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership and Management

• Manage full project lifecycles for Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM implementations, including scoping, planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, promoting collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Client Relationship Management

• Establish exceptionally strong, trust-based customer relationships with key client stakeholders
• Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to clients, overseeing all communication, escalations, and executive reporting.
• Foster consultative relationships with clients to identify expansion opportunities and facilitate additional engagements (land & expand model).
• Conduct executive steering committee meetings and deliver status updates to senior stakeholders and C-level executives.

Risk and Quality Management

• Drive project governance, risk, and change control, and adherence to quality standards, including documentation and compliance tracking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by mentoring team members and supporting PMO best practices and methodology optimization.

Must Have Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in professional services and software implementation.
• Experience managing ERP implementation projects.
• Proven expertise in managing Microsoft technology projects, especially Dynamics 365 and F&O.
• Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new opportunities through consultative engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or other project tracking tools.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to travel occasionally to client sites.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• PMP or TOGAF certification required; knowledge of Sure Step, FastTrack, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
