Key Responsibilities:
Improve upon on-boarding and regular assessments process, including tracking of cycles and reporting status
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g. InfoSec, Assurance, Privacy, etc) to ensure appropriate compliance with all regulatory requirements as part of the due diligence review
Conduct assessments for new and existing third-party relationships, focusing on areas key risk areas
Establish and maintain a risk register to document, track, and report on identified risks and mitigation strategies.
Train internal stakeholders on third-party risk management policies, tools, and best practices to foster a risk-aware culture.
Provide input to governance and reporting processes, clarifying accountability and ensuring leadership is informed of key risks and compliance issues.
Implement process improvements to supplier onboarding procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and conducting thorough due diligence and risk assessments.
Manage the end-to-end supplier life cycle with COE Procurement Peers and Stakeholders

Required Skills
Extensive years' experience with performing due diligence assessments
CTPRP certification or equivalent TPRM certification
Project management qualification – or significant experience in this field
Preferred Skills
In depth understanding of procurement policies, compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks such as OCC, OSFI, FAC etc.
Industry certification such as CTCRP or CTRPA, ABPMP, FCIPS, CIPS, or CPSM, or Six-Sigma
Bachelor's degree in business
Strong in years assessment experience and/or TPRM experience
